It is a must to arrive to your scheduled appointment. A 15 min grace period is considered. Arriving any later than 15 mins will result in cancellation and lost deposit. You are then allowed to re-book a new appointment with a new deposit via booking app. Please give a 48 hr notice if you need to cancel, or reschedule to avoid lost deposit. Each deposit is allowed only ONE reschedule under the correct circumstances such as: 48 HR NOTICE(2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). ANY UNTOLD APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION (NO CALL, NO SHOW) WILL RESULT IN BOOKING TERMINATION.
